I just love that,"Aha! Yes, we did it!" moment earned from teaching others, learning through knowledge share, and working hard. Whether it's building a technology and workflow solution for clients, coding cool stuff or the satisfying hum of an engine after wrenching on a classic car, I dive into researching complex problems and creating solutions together with my fellow fixers. My roots in the mortgage industry began when I started my career in Servicing where I gained a reputation for nerdy customer research requests like finding misapplied payments by digging through microfiche tapes and correcting Amortization schedules using Excel. I've since had mortgage career roles such as: Business Analyst, Affordable Lending Officer supporting Low-to-Moderate Income lending, Chief Information Officer, Director of Operations and Director of Education. AVP to VP to SVP, CIO, and an MBA degree along the way, I've earned my ABC's by rolling up my sleeves, empowering my skill set through education and being guided by some amazing mentors throughout my career.
