About Arthur Deligne

PROJECT MANAGEMENT – CREATION - PRODUCTION Creating moments of emotion. That's what I do. And it's pretty much what I've been doing since the beginning of my career. It's my passion. All because I believe those moments of emotion can help people. I organized my first concert when I was 14. It was for my own rock band, in the school gym. At 16, I created my first music festival. It didn't really go as planned, but I learnt a lot about events, about all the people involved, about leadership and the drive it takes to make it all happen. Since then, I have been a journalist, a radio anchor, a musician, a producer & PR in an advertisement recording studio, a podcast maker, and most lately. a concert/festival organizer at Bozar, Brussels. A teenagehood dream come true that allowed me to learn how to manage a team of professionals, how to communicate in a clear and benevolent way, and most importantly how to developp my artistic vision for the projects I lead. Through all those experiences, I have created a double professional profile. On one side, I've got the creation, the artistic vision to think special moments for the audiences, to create innovative formats or just to find solutions. On the other side, there's the practicality, the technician. I'm realistic and I make things happen. I make it work, I make it start on time and I give all I can to make it all happen in the best conditions possible for everybody. Today, I am a project manager in the cultural and audiovisual sectors, with a focus around music and sound. I help organizations to think, plan and implement their projects so they can offer moments of emotions, reach their audience and develop their artistic project. Wanna talk?
