Background
About Arthur Hill
My 10 years in the field of horticulture includes running a plant shop in the 1970's and maintaining my own organic garden as a hobby. I have always had lots of indoor plants and I love to bring the outdoors indoors. My 23 years in food service gives me a great appreciation for organically grown produce, with a special focus on fresh herbs. My goal is to follow a completely natural lifestyle to the fullest extent possible. Specialties: My college career at age 56 has become quite the challenge. The best part is, after 30 years away from college, that I am making all "A's". Plants have always been my passion. Now I have a clear vision of developing a landscape design operation. May 10th, 2013 graduated with an AAS in Horticulture Technology, Certificate in Landscaping and Greenhouse Management. Suma Cum Laude! Landscape design, installation, and maintenance with a focus on sustainable landscaping. January 4th, 2014 It's freezing! This is a great time to plan for spring. Composting and design plans should be on our table and that is precisely what's going on here. With 2 preliminary designs on paper, I am anxiously anticipating getting my spring plans from paper to soil.
