As a Learning & Development Manager in one of Pakistan’s leading banks, I design training programs that strengthen both performance and culture. With 15+ years of experience across HR, customer experience, sales leadership, and banking operations, I bring a unique mix of compliance expertise and people development skills. I have led nationwide rollouts on AML, CFT, CPF, fraud & forgery awareness, as well as programs on leadership, unconscious bias, gender sensitization, selling skills, and positive attitude. My work also includes customized learning for specialized functions such as Asset Management, Complaint Management Unit, and Project URAAN — an initiative designed to empower women bankers who had remained in the same roles for 5–15 years. I also contribute to early-career development through management trainee and digital learning programs, ensuring future leaders are equipped with the skills to succeed.
