I successfully represent businesses and individuals in dealing with environmental regulations, impacts from their actions and environmental liabilities relating to their properties for over 30 years. I also have assisted clients with obtaining development incentives focusing on brownfield incentives, allowing the redevelopment of previously fallow urban and suburban properties. I helped draft amendments to Michigan's Part 201 environmental liability law, Act 381 (Brownfield Incentives) and Part 115 relating to the regulation of coal ash management.
