Arthur Smolarkiewicz is founder of Have the Edge, a boutique consulting and counselling company, and a C-level executive with Gowrench Mobile Auto Repair & Maintenance. A man with an avid passion for helping people and organizations, he assists business professionals and organizations in leveling-up to reach their full potential. His experience spans across small and medium-sized organizations as well as large ones such as I.B.M, the City of Toronto, and the Federal Government. With 20 years of experience that includes business ownership, consulting with KPMG, and C-level executive positions in multiple companies, he truly understands the challenges facing businesses and their leaders in today’s economy. Arthur graduated from his MBA program with the highest distinction and holds a CPA / CMA designation. For two decades, his greatest passion has been to inspire and motivate others - in classrooms and on stages and more recently in online success summits with some of the industry’s greats like Brian Tracy and Robert Kiyosaki. Arthur is a fervent advocate of personal development, health and fitness and represented Canada four times on its national karate team.
