About Arthur Theodore

As someone who values genuine connections, to me, the most important thing is to see what I can learn from each person I meet. Everyone has a story and I take joy in being someone they can share that story with freely. Part of my story is being educated in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which means I enjoy learning about the “how” and the “why” behind people’s interactions within their workplace while also focusing on what structures and procedures organizations have in place that affects their employees. I have an extensive background in Training and Development where I have experience working within various industries including the DoD, educational services, and hospitality. I also specialize in Project Management, Leadership Development, and Data Analysis fostered throughout my time working on various projects and with different clientele within the Greater Orlando area. I love working on projects that allow me to help solve challenging problems and deliver creative solutions. Some of the most rewarding challenges I’ve helped solve include, creating a cross-course matrix to help eliminate redundancies during the development process for a training curriculum saving the project thousands, navigating conflicting stakeholders’ demands and expectations by providing clarification and engaging in remediation when appropriate, and leading problem-solving working groups with senior enlisted leaders. Outside of work, I enjoy many typical hobbies including watching and playing various sports, spending time with loved ones, traveling, and working out (Sorry no ultra-marathons or triathlons for me, but I would love to do a Tough Mudder or Spartan race someday). I also love learning about different cultures and trying new foods. So that’s a little about me and my story.
