About Arthur Willner

Partner in the Los Angeles office of Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP, a New York based litigation firm. Our firm's practice areas include, among others, Complex Litigation, including Writs and Appeals, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Aviation, Asbestos, and Intellectual Property. My practice focuses on complex civil litigation, trials and appeals throughout California state and federal courts, with an emphasis on the defense of aviation interests, including airlines, product manufacturers, and general aviation operations. Cases involve, among other issues, litigation arising out of major aircraft accidents, allegations of discrimination and profiling, wrongful termination, and business disputes. I also devote a portion of my practice to defending the First Amendment and Due Process rights of university students and faculty. I am admitted in the state and federal courts of California and New York, as well as the Ninth and Second Circuits.
