About Arthur Wolf

Passionate about Real Estate Development and Urban Value Creation In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor in Management from ESCP Business School (ranked among the Top 3 business schools in Europe), where I studied in London, Madrid, and Berlin. These international experiences gave me a strong global perspective and a solid foundation in business strategy, finance, and project management. That same year, I joined Altarea Group, the leading real estate developer in France, as an intern within its main entity, Cogedim. Working with the National Urban-Mixed Project Team sparked my passion for real estate development, particularly in designing sustainable and innovative projects at a time when the housing market faces major social and economic challenges. I then joined Cogedim’s National Market Studies Department as a Commercial Assistant, where I conducted in-depth market analyses on pricing trends, competition, regulations, and demographics to optimize new residential launches nationwide. In July 2024, I began the MSc in Real Estate at ESCP, across Madrid and London, focusing on investment strategies, project development, and sustainability. This program strengthened my analytical mindset and my ambition to contribute to the transformation of European cities. In June 2025, I joined Clikalia in Paris as a Financial Portfolio Analyst Intern. Clikalia is a fast-growing proptech company specialized in the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential properties. This experience allowed me to develop financial modeling expertise, improve my understanding of portfolio management, and gain insight into the dynamics of the French existing housing market. In January 2026, I will join Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a global leader in commercial real estate investment and development, through its Graduate Program. This opportunity will allow me to gain cross-functional exposure across development, asset management, and investment, within a group renowned for urban regeneration, sustainability, and mixed-use excellence. Beyond real estate, I worked as a field hockey coach at Paris Jean Bouin, developing strong leadership and teamwork skills. I also volunteered with Ayuda Solidaria, an NGO in Madrid supporting over 1 200 Ukrainian refugees with housing and employment assistance. I aim to contribute to innovative, sustainable, and high-impact real estate projects that create long-term value for cities and communities.
