I'm passionate about providing psychological tools and coping strategies to help individuals process their intrapersonal discord. As a therapist, I aim to help patients reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life by learning new skills to work through difficult situations, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I've worked as a therapist at several mental health clinics and seen firsthand how powerful the relationship between a patient and therapist can be. When patients feel safe and trust their therapist, they can explore their sense of self, discuss the changes they want to make, and discover their inner strengths. I've worked with many people to help them take small steps toward health and well-being, and I'm always on the journey of self-exploration myself.As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have extensive experience collaborating with patients to develop plans for healthy living. I'm based in Milwaukee, and in my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, meditation, road cycling, dancing, being goofy, networking, watching television, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
