I’m a Finance professional with over a decade of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, project leadership, and business operations across diverse industries and international markets. Currently, I serve as the FP & A Manager at a U.S-based BPO company with subsidiaries in Colombia, India, and the Philippines. I lead a finance team and coordinate with a business intelligence unit to build a real-time AI supported, operations and finance dashboards that supports strategic decisions and daily operations for employees across four countries. I’ve successfully implemented company-wide financial reforms—introducing automated budgeting tools, simplifying forecasting models, and driving variance analysis to enhance performance transparency. My background also includes managing the full financial cycle for local production companies in the bakery, skincare, agriculture and dairy sectors. I'm highly skilled in Excel and Microsoft tools, proficient in QBO, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Perch Insights, 1C and adaptable to new systems. With a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master’s in Innovation Management, I combine technical expertise with a forward-thinking mindset to drive business value through data and strategic finance.
