Background

About Artur Malkiewicz

I enjoy connecting people, businesses and opportunities in a way that creates real value on both sides. I don't just fill roles — I help businesses make better hiring decisions. I am an Executive Recruiter and HR Business Partner with experience across executive search, in-house recruitment, agency recruitment and people partnership. I work closely with business leaders to define hiring needs, attract the right talent and improve recruitment processes so they are structured, efficient and candidate-friendly. My core areas include executive search, talent acquisition, stakeholder management, employer branding, recruitment process improvement, ATS/HRIS, onboarding and data-informed hiring decisions. I value clear communication, strong relationships and practical solutions that move hiring forward. I am especially interested in connecting with people involved in Private Equity, portfolio companies and board-level leadership — as well as professionals open to conversations about executive search, management roles and future cooperation.
