About Artur Taevere

I’m building an AI-powered learning platform for gifted children—leveraging new technologies to support curiosity, depth, and emotional growth in young minds. Previously, I’ve spent over 15 years tackling one of the most complex challenges in education: how to change human behaviour within school systems to achieve better outcomes for children. I’ve been working with exceptional teachers, school leaders and system leaders, designing and implementing a wide range of solutions, including teacher recruitment and development, school leadership training, curriculum design, and education policy reform. I’ve led and supported change efforts in diverse contexts:* Estonia, my home country * The UK, where I lived and worked for a decade * Croatia, where I collaborated with the Ministry of Science and Education for four years * The Netherlands, where I currently live and work I remain curious and I admire different approaches, from Direct Instruction to Montessori education. Earlier in my career, after graduating from the University of Oxford, I co-founded the Good Deed Foundation, which has launched and funded over 100 social ventures in Estonia tackling pressing societal challenges. Among other things, I organised football training sessions for people experiencing homelessness and led our national team to the Homeless World Cup in 2006. Outside of work, I love playing football and used to compete in table tennis. I live in Nijmegen with my wife and our two young children.
