About Artyom Miftakhov

I have always loved working with people. Since 2007, I have been engaged with various communities across different spheres- At my alma mater, I organized and developed a volunteer community where talented students led charity events (2007-2009)- At the Center for Methodological Psychology in Tatarstan, I expanded my experience in community organizing and helped extend it to accountable organizations throughout Tatarstan (2009-2011)- As the head of a charity program at RUSAL in Moscow, I gained valuable experience working with talent managers in a global corporation (2011-2014). In 2014, I shifted my career focus to HR, where I have worked with strong technology companies such as Rosatom, Diasoft, and IGA Technologies, tackling complex HR challenges in highly competitive environments. Through my years in HR, I am continuously building robust frameworks for recruitment, retention, and talent development, while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Whether creating comprehensive programs for high-potential employees or driving organizational change, I am helping companies navigate complex challenges, consistently fostering an environment of growth and stability.
