My unique approach to L&D sessions enabled me to be recognised by The Singapore Institute of Management with 2 outstanding awards - the ‘Trainer Excellence Award' in 2013 and 'Trainer of the Year' award in 2016. I was appointed as an Associate Adult Educator, Adult Education Professionalisation by Institute of Adult Learning, in 2017, an Institute of Singapore University of Social Sciences. As a Lead Facilitator with CreativityAsia, I support L&D Departments in corporations based in Asia to train and develop their staff by facilitating highly interactive and effective corporate learning sessions using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and other engaging hands-on learning activities. I have extensive experience in facilitating L&D solutions for Corporate clients in the public & private sectors, Educational institutions and Health Care Services. I actively integrate active learning strategies, Profiling Tools such as the Workplace Big Five, MBTI & LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials to bring out the best from the participants.
