I am the Founder & Director of IDEO, a company that creates unforgettable experiences for luxury resorts, corporate groups, and communities. With 27+ years in hospitality and recreation, I’ve worked with India’s largest resort chains — including Club Mahindra & Sterling Holidays — designing activities that engage, inspire, and delight guests of all ages. My expertise spans Corporate Team Building, Experiential Learning, and designing immersive guest programs — from Themed Parties to Magic & Mentalism Shows. Over the years, I’ve conceptualized and delivered 30+ themed events, 50+ signature kids’ programs, and numerous high-impact corporate engagement activities. I’ve trained and mentored hundreds of recreation managers, many of whom now lead guest experience teams at top hospitality brands. Through my “Fun Rover Program,” I’ve developed a pipeline of multi-skilled talent ready to drive innovation in leisure and recreation. Whether it’s transforming a resort’s entertainment offering, delivering a mentalism performance that leaves audiences spellbound, or creating new revenue models for hospitality partners, I bring creativity, precision, and a passion for people to every project.
