With the exception of the first 18 months, my entire 18-year career has been dedicated to children's education. Over the past nine years, I have gained substantial clarity and have focused on nurturing young ones with a holistic approach. My motivation stems from a profound belief in the power of education and social welfare to transform lives and communities. Each role I have undertaken, from Project Coordinator at the Social Welfare Centre for Weaker Sections to my current position as Deputy Regional Manager – Training & Impact at Karadi Path Education Company, has been driven by a desire to create sustainable change and empower individuals. The satisfaction of seeing tangible improvements in project outcomes, the development of educators, and the positive impact on students' lives fuels my passion. My commitment to continuous learning and innovation, combined with a collaborative approach, ensures that I am always striving to deliver exceptional results and drive meaningful progress. Relationship Management: Instigating the "wow factor" in every discussion with government officials/donors and allowing them to witness/experience the impact you can create in a short span of time will ultimately help keep the partnerships alive for the long term. And over these years, I have made a solid attempt to keep the discussions strong and beneficial for both the parties. Leadership & Team Management: Every team member possesses unique skills that don’t need to be showcased at all times during interactions. However, social intelligence will naturally emerge when necessary. As long as the team remains motivated and uses their maturity effectively to handle their Key Result Areas (KRAs), there is no need for additional oversight or micromanagement of projects. Project Management Skills: My proven track record in managing large-scale projects will enable me to efficiently oversee school transformation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, I am skilled at intervening in ongoing projects to implement necessary course corrections, thereby enhancing outcomes. I am also committed to introducing and incorporating creative ideas to continuously improve and innovate the transformation process. Training and Development: My experience in articulating and implementing training programs will help develop and enhance the skills of educators, thereby improving the overall quality of education.
