As a Commercial Manager at P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd, I am responsible for the tender finalization, contract documentation, and post contract administration of various packages for Dubai CommerCity, a commercial city development of m² total built up area. I have a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying and I am a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (MRICS). With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I have worked on diverse range of projects in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and India, covering buildings, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. I have extensive experience in managing project teams, cost and claim management, contract negotiations, administration, and procurement, using standard (FIDIC) and bespoke forms of contract. I have a comprehensive understanding of statutory building regulations, commercial procedures, health, safety, quality, and environment procedures, and computerized cost capture and value monitoring systems. My goal is to deliver projects that meet the client's expectations, budget, and schedule, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
