Currently heading a team of client servicing professionals at EY Global Delivery Services, supporting Consulting, Tax, Assurance, and Strategy and Transactions. Have earlier led the US$ 1 Billion BFSI BPS Business, with a Global Team of over associates, with full P&L responsibility at TCS Business Process Services. Worked in large global MNC Banks (Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered Bank) and IT Services Company (Tata Consultancy Services). In his last assignment, was the Business Head for the Insurance & Healthcare SBU at TCS BPO, servicing multiple global accounts (NA, EU, India, APAC) in Life and Pensions, P&C, Retirement Services, Healthcare, with delivery from multiple onshore/ near shore/ offshore centers. Prior to that,was Business Head for Global Consumer Lending (Mortgages, Auto, Personal Loans) Operations at TCS BPO, leading a team of 2800+ associates, supporting processes in Originations, Servicing, and Default Operations, for large global accounts. Within the overall team, The US mortgages sub-vertical, with over 2600+ FTE, was the largest non captive BPO in India, providing comprehensive e-t-e solutions for the US Mortgages Industry.
