Either by optimizing the existing solutions or devising a new one. My passion for solving problems and finding solutions using technology and common sense has inspired me to accept various challenges in my professional career. At present, I am working as a Product Manager for a prop-tech startup. In this role, I am responsible for building a B2C product that enables customers to take informed and transparent home-buying decisions. I have contributed to scaling up from INR five million to eighty million in revenue, one city to three cities in operations, and from five team members to 100+ team members in 2.5 years. Previously, I worked for a Bank in Austria and an IT consulting firm in India. I have co-founded a couple of startups and exited them by selling off my stake. I am an alumnus of prestigious institutions like the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Highlights: Bank was paying higher incentives to collections agencies, while their performance was degrading leading to a significant increase in NPAs Developed a new incentive model for collections agencies to align their remuneration with performance. Improved performance matrices by 25% and saved 200k euros annually in incentive paid Refurbed the old reporting dashboards into interactive ones to highlight portfolio KPIs resulting in better accounts management and quicker decision making The legislative assembly candidate was facing the problem of a reduction in voters' turnout in previous elections As election campaign manager Increased the winning margin of the candidate by 100% by capturing more than 70% of 70k first-time voters by delivering customized letters by contestant Leaving TB medication in between caused a massive increase in MDR (multi-drug resistance) in about 100 million patients in the state of UP Increased medication adherence of patients by 70% by introducing dietary incentives and devising a unique patient tracking system using smart and normal phones
