Roles and Responsibilities: • Managed end-to-end development of agricultural devices, including ideation, design, manufacturing, and customer delivery. • Participated in the CE and FCC certification process to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards. • Responsible for component selection and sourcing of alternatives for obsolete parts. • Led the research and development phase, including reverse engineering of existing products for improvement. • Expedited the development of prototypes, conducted rigorous testing, and provided conclusive reports. • Designed and tested production device fixtures/tools and performed endurance testing to ensure product longevity. • Oversaw schematic entry, BOM management, and PCB layout reviews, providing guidance to the design team. • Conducted reverse engineering of complex products, devising innovative and cost-effective solutions. • Worked extensively with communication protocols such as UART and I2C. • Collaborated with the firmware team to implement changes and conduct comprehensive hardware testing. • Have experience in building circuits using STM32WB series and stm32f0 series microcontroller. • Designed Analog and Digital circuits, mixed signal circuits. • Familiarity with a wide range of hardware components like MOSFET, BJTs, Opamps, Regulators, Buck-boost converters, Relays, Switch gears • Experience in using the laboratory measurement equipment (Multimeter, oscilloscope, Signal generators, electronic loads etc.) • Led the design and development of an SPD sample preparation device to process organic samples. • Oversaw the end-to-end engineering, ensuring precision and compatibility with LIBS systems. • Delivered a robust solution improving efficiency and reliability in LIBS-based organic material analysis.
