With over a decade of hands-on experience in naval shipbuilding and sustainment, I specialize in leading complex maritime projects from design to execution, delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with industry and client expectations. Starting as a Design Engineer, I progressed into senior project and manufacturing engineering roles, contributing to the design, construction, and delivery of next-generation destroyers, frigates, and offshore patrol vessels. My expertise spans structural design, production engineering, project planning, cost estimation, manufacturing strategy development, and technical coordination. Currently, as a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer at Luerssen Australia, I drive production planning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical deliverable management for the Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel (SEA 1180) program. I work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflows, manage change, forecast deliverables, and achieve critical project milestones. I hold a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and am currently pursuing a Diploma in Project Management to further enhance my leadership skills.
