At Wipro and British Telecom, I honed my technical support and customer service skills, managing a high volume of technical inquiries and resolving complex issues. Transitioning to Rayden Interactive allowed me to expand my expertise into product support, server migrations, and the use of observability tools like AlertManager and Grafana.
