MAJOR POSITIONS HELD • VP Operations at Neo Structo Construction Pvt Ltd (erstwhile BILFINGER NEO STRUCTO PVT LTD) overseeing a couple of projects of a host of Clients e.g. BPCL, Thyssen Krupp Industries India Ltd, Doosan Power Systems, Technip Fmc, Technip Energies, Petrofac International UAE LLC, GEA Process Engg, UAIL, GR Engg, IFFCO Kalol, Nyara Energy Ltd. Etc. establishing diligent Project Management with liaison to synergize Owner – Consultant – Contractor – Sub contractor Interface from Oct 2018 to July 2022. • Worked as Project Head at Onshore Construction Company Pvt Ltd - Overseeing overall supervision of the Energy Saving Projects of IFFCO Phulpur / Aonla Plants – overall Project Management in Pre shut down and Shut down scenario. during 2015 to 2018 • Worked in Contracts / Business Development cell as Risk & Claim Management Head - to Review /Evaluate Legal and Commercial risks and mitigation action plan and supports thereof along with Claim management strategies, • Worked as Sr. GM (Contracts) at Neo Structo Construction Company who serving in Mechanical, Erection, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Painting and Refractory & Insulation work for Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power plants etc. also undertaking shutdown and Annual Turn Around contracts for Repairs, Revamp, Capacity Enhancement, Modernization, Energy saving schemes and Reconditioning / Refurbishing projects. • Worked as Project Coordinator of M/S Doosan Projects India Private Ltd engaged in Erection and Commissioning of HRSG Boilers at SUGEN 1130 MW Power Plant TORRENT Power Generation Ltd. with M/S Siemens Ltd. is the Turnkey EPC Contractor. • Worked as Consultant – Contracts Management with EPCC Contractor - M/s Daelim Industrial Co, Ltd. Seoul, Korea during commissioning of Diesel Hydro De Sulfurization Treatment (DHDT)/Motor Spirit Quality (MSQ) Up gradation Project at IOCL – Mathura Refinery. • Headed Chief of the Technical as General Manager (Technical) and Deputy GM (Tech) of FCIL in the corporate office till retirement in 2003. • Held dual charge of General Manger (Marketing) for the last 4 years prior to retirement. • Worked as Chief Engineer and Addl. Chief Engineer (Technical Services) at corporate office of FCIL for 3+4 years respectively. • Worked as Chief Training Officer of Talcher unit of FCIL for one year. • Worked as Dy CE/ PM / Asst. PM / Junior Engineer in AIR Separation, Gas Reformation, Gas purification, Ammonia Synthesis, Sulphuric Acid and Urea plants of FCIL Sindri Unit. from Jan 1968 to Oct 1989.
