Synopsis- A result oriented professional with over 5+year of experience in the area of Customer service. Order management Profile - Quote allocation/Processing Orders Verifies and matches PO’s (purchase orders) before processing,Entering and editing of the order, including change order, credit and rebilling, in accordance to Agilent policies and processes Up to date on sales, marketing and promotion programs and to administer these accordingly Ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions, and ensure supporting document is in order Triggering the workflow for downstream service delivery Teams & order management for customer orders with in BOOK to Bill life cycle. During order booking I co-ordinate with different teams – like PL managers for product details, SDM for after sale services, FSE for installation of the machinery’s, Shipping/logistic team for delivery of order at customer site, Tax team to check customer taxable or tax exempt and to verify GST/PST taxes, Contracts team for renewing customer agreements, CMD team to setup customer in SAP and to validate customer legal status, AP/AR team for payment collections from customers, Warehouse/factory to get availability of the items, Sales team for backend sales by making proposals, quotes for different regions. Handle Generic Outlook Email Nodes and ensures response and action performed within Turn Around Time (TAT) Assigning the orders to the engineers and routing the service requests to work load administrator for scheduling Works on Schedule service reports for creating and scheduling missed services and publish the Pareto Analysis based on the report​ Deliver on the job process training to the new hires and conduct their Ramp up Plan Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter and month ends Work in time deadlines to manage TAT, Cycle time ensuring 100% quality without any margin for errors
