About Arun Reddy

As a Construction Project Services/Superintend at Energy Project Solutions (EPS), I apply my Master's degree in Civil Engineering and my skills in construction Management and scheduling to deliver high-quality projects for clients in the Renewable energy sector. I work with a team of engineers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring that they meet the specifications, budget, and timeline. Before joining EPS in February 2024, I was a Construction Coordinator at ALSAL Construction, Inc, where I managed multiple projects for residential and commercial clients, ranging from renovations to new constructions. I also have experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington, where I taught and assisted undergraduate students in civil engineering courses and labs. I am passionate about the field of civil engineering and its applications in improving the infrastructure, sustainability, and efficiency of the built environment. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and methods to enhance my professional development and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
