I am a dedicated and accomplished researcher in immune oncology with over 15 years of experience across academia and industry. My career has evolved from structural biology to protein engineering, and currently serving as research project lead (RPL) for developing a multi-specific antibody platform that could be used widely across various tumor indications. In my roles as a protein engineering lead and now as research project lead, I have successfully navigated multiple stage gate transitions (that highlights project advancement), including IND filings and FIP, within a short timeframe. My expertise encompasses immune oncology, structural biology, T cell biology, and complex antibody engineering, with a strong focus on the discovery, development, and advancement of biotherapeutic candidates through all stages, from early stage discovery to clinical trials. I possess specialized knowledge in complex antibody engineering and immunology, supported by a solid background in functional assay development essential for advancing multi-specific therapies. My career is distinguished by leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication, all crucial for driving therapeutic research forward. I have published 15 manuscripts, filed 3 patents on novel drug targets, and received several awards for my scientific contributions and decision-making impact.
