About Aruna Gorur

With nearly two decades of navigating the dynamic world of Human Resources, I’ve learned that while technology evolves, people remain at the heart of every successful transformation. As the Head of Human Resources at Fujitsu India GDC, my mission is to empower individuals and teams to thrive by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. From HR Business Partnering to leading HR for international regions, I’ve worn many hats—each one adding depth to my understanding of how to build resilient, adaptable organizations. I’ve had the pleasure of working across multiple HR domains—from research and pre-sales to solutions and network communications—shaping policies that not only solve today's problems but anticipate tomorrow’s opportunities. My HR philosophy is simple: you can’t lead change by staying in your comfort zone, which is why I’m constantly challenging myself and my teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. When I’m not driving HR strategies, I’m out exploring the world, meeting people from different cultures, and collecting stories that inspire me to think differently about leadership and human connection. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about transforming the workplace or just want to share your favorite travel destination!
