Aruna Narayanan, an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, is a strategically oriented and result driven professional with expertise in Sustainability, ESG, Environment Solutions, Marketing, Customer Experience and Corporate Social Responsibility. In her 21 years of career, Aruna has held leadership positions at various organizations like Dulsco, Accenture and Ocwen Financial Corporation. Through her work, she has enabled organizations to embark on their sustainability journey by engaging multiple stakeholders and create positive social, environmental and economic impact. Presently Aruna serves on the advisory board for various companies guiding them on embedding sustainability and ESG into their businesses by leveraging the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She is the founder of Real Impact Solutions, a collaborative platform that enables businesses to adopt sustainability and achieve its real benefits. Aruna is a leader with global outlook and has significant exposure to international business. Adept at working across cultures, she has effectively managed global, distributed and multi-cultural teams. She is actively involved in sustainability focused associations and enthusiastically volunteers for various causes aligned to the UN SDGs like education for the under privileged and environmental awareness. She is a Tedx Speaker and panellist at various industry forums and radio talk shows on diversity and climate change.
