Now in my recent journey I am trying to expertise rather Aligning myself into more on 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 of business and most importantly Data analytics as data is the new oil in this generation & emerging as a crucial value addition for any industry. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬: I am Civil Enthusiast firstly by profession. I have completed by 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 in the year of 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒. Apart from that I have been honored with 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 in 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐆𝐈𝐒 by 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐯𝐩𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 for successfully completing my journey. Well the reason behind to switch my track to Real Estate after being attached with core Structural Designing platform for prolonged period is to explore the whole real estate industry holistically. I am always being a knowledge hustler & that's another reason to switch my vertical blatantly & I always believe on one quote that - "Knowledge never fades". In my entire previous journey I have gathered eclectic range of knowledge based on structural designing & experienced vast range of grip on 𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐀𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂++ any more related to Design work. And in 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐆𝐈𝐒 I have formed grip on 𝐀𝐫𝐜 𝐆𝐈𝐒 & 𝐃𝐒𝐀𝐒 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 so far. I have eventually engaged with a project at Sundarbans West Bengal for shoreline detection modelling and with Kolkata Municipal Corporation for determining the scatter nature of some pockets at Kolkata entirely and suggested for proper planning & execution. And last but not the least Aspiring to work in a globally competitive environment and contribute towards successful completion of projects/mandates that help in the growth of the organization.
