I’m the founder of Aurum, a SaaS platform built to revolutionize how women grow and stay in the workplace. Aurum combines mentor-matching, skill pathways, networking clubs, and impact analytics to solve one of the biggest gaps in modern workforces — retention and advancement of women talent. We’re actively building, scaling, and seeking visionary investors to join us in this mission. Alongside this, I lead Product and Sales Strategy as AVP at GRID Properties, a next-generation real estate developer in Dubai. GRID is known for pushing boundaries with branded residences, affordable luxury, and mixed-use projects across the UAE, UK, and Cyprus. With a portfolio of over $1.8B and collaborations with global names like Elie Saab and Marriott, GRID is redefining what modern urban living looks like — and I’m proud to drive product-market fit, GTM strategy, and revenue enablement at the core of it. I also run a UK-based EdTech startup — a quieter pursuit that keeps me grounded in innovation and the future of learning. Whether it’s transforming cities or building platforms for equity, I thrive where strategy meets bold execution.
