Dreaming big on making Organic Food staples Affordable, Available and Authentic to Business Retailers through Kaadu Organics :) Through Kaadu Organics, we Produce, Source and Deliver Organically / Naturally grown food to consumers. Launched a new product called "Honey Red B", which is a value added product made from dried Organically grown red banana from our farm soaked in Honey. About me: 5 + Years of hands on experience in Organic and natural farming. Owns and Manages 3 farms in South Tamil Nadu with total area of 15 acres in both Plains and Hills. Professional Experience: A seasoned professional with 17 years of industry experience, primarily in Banking and Financial Service domain with specialized skills in Product Management, Requirements Gathering/ Gap Analysis, Complex Solution consulting, Change Management, Customer Training, Business Process Definition and Branch Operations. Have involved in Multiple Core Banking implementation in the Asia Pacific, Western and South African Markets. Achievements: Infosys Ltd 1. Won Best Consultant Award 2. Won GEM award for Implementation of Core Banking in a Indian Bank 3. Authored a blog and paper in Micro Financing and Mobile Banking ICICI Bank: 1. Awarded as best Credit Manager in retail financing in the Organization. The youngest RCM in the division 3. Mentor for the new recruits in to the team and training them on the feature of the product and policy 4. More oriented towards Process and involved in Business Process Improvement 5. Along with the product team worked closely in developing more reliable product with logical product policy
