As a UX designer, my journey has always been about connecting with users on a deeper level. I believe that the best designs come from truly understanding the people behind them. At ZiniosEdge, I’ve had the chance to lead an amazing team in developing a comprehensive design system that not only enhances user experiences but also aligns with our strategic goals. This role has been a fantastic opportunity for me to foster innovation through collaboration with diverse teams. In my previous role as a Senior UX Designer at Imaginetech, I led several projects where we focused on delivering exceptional user experiences across both mobile and web platforms. One of my proudest moments was conducting thorough usability testing sessions that resulted in significant improvements in product engagement. It’s rewarding to see how our efforts translate into real-world impact—like when we achieved a 30% increase in user engagement at ZiniosEdge. Before my time at Imaginetech, I spent over four years at Bellwether Business Solutions honing my skills in creating seamless digital experiences by truly understanding user needs. Leading the entire design process for various applications taught me the importance of empathy in design—a lesson I carry with me every day. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new technologies and trends in UX design. I often find inspiration from various sources—whether it’s attending workshops or simply engaging with fellow designers online. This continuous learning keeps my passion alive and fuels my creativity.
