Tracking and maintain scope changes of Mechanical items for Piping, Structural Steel, Piping and Mechanical Equipment and its effect on overall project schedule. Resource estimation and loading in P3 plan Estimation of Manpower requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms. Monitoring of actual resources availability and analysis using Histogram. Budget monitoring and estimation. Preparing progress percentage calculating system, earned man hours, productivity & trend analysis Progress measurement using S curves Attend progress review meeting with Project Manager/Client. Prepare Executive Progress Summary Report/Presentation to the top management on project status for periodical reviews Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all time.
