In my recent role as a IT Systems Engineer, I've honed my skills as an Azure DevOps administrator, IIS administrator, and Dynamics CRM administrator. With expertise in Office 365 administration, Licensing and Infrastructure support, I've overseen IT operations across global offices, providing remote assistance to employees worldwide. Additionally, I've contributed to the maintenance of e-learning systems serving over 1 million users annually. My journey has been enriched by collaborating with individuals from over 60 nationalities, an experience that's broadened my professional skill set and deepened my appreciation for our global community. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new hobbies, such as slowly learning to play the piano and occasionally participating in local sport events, including dragon boat races.
