About Arushi C.

With over eight years of experience in consulting, I specialize in designing analytical tools and dashboards that enable evidence-based, strategic decision making. My approach blends technical precision with a clear understanding of business needs—whether forecasting demand, modeling operating costs, or visualizing performance data for public agencies and private clients. I’ve built tools using R, Power BI, and advanced spreadsheet modeling across sectors like transportation, infrastructure, and mobility. I lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact projects that translate data into direction. From shaping regulatory dashboards to building cost models for major infrastructure programs, I bring clarity and structure to complex information—helping organizations move from insight to action.
