Commencing as a part-time sort associate while concurrently pursuing a full-time education at Cal State East Bay, I transitioned to a full-time role within Amazon Pantry a year later, showcasing both dedication and adaptability. During my tenure as a Full-time Pantry Associate, which spanned several years, I successfully balanced the demands of the role while completing a dual degree program. I graduated with honors, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism. Progressing within the ranks, I assumed the role of Process Assistant, contributing significantly to the optimization of both Inbound and Outbound operations, as well as spearheading Inventory Control Quality Assurance processes. This three-year period allowed me to deepen my understanding of operational intricacies while actively contributing to the team's success. Seizing an opportunity for professional growth, I embraced a seasonal role as a Talent Supply Chain Engagement Sr. Coordinator, a pivotal experience that fueled my passion for recruiting and community support. Post the conclusion of the seasonal role, I chose to remain with the team, embarking on a new chapter as Sr. Staffing Coordinator.
