A common thread throughout my career is cross-functional collaboration — working closely with design, development, sales, marketing, and external partners to create clarity, alignment, and progress in complex environments.In my current role as Product Manager at DRM-LND, I work hands-on with end-to-end product development, including close collaboration with manufacturing partners in China. This has deepened my experience in early-stage product development, supplier management, pricing, and quality assurance, and strengthened my ability to balance product quality, brand expectations, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes.Previously, at Peak Performance, I held global responsibility for multiple product categories, setting long-term product vision and assortment strategies while working cross-functionally to deliver strong customer offers at scale.
