Experienced Supply Chain Professional with 19 years of expertise in Factories Operations, Engineering,Greenfield and Brownfield projects, Manufacturing Operations Quality Assurance, and Operational Excellence. I've had the privilege to work across diverse industries including FMCGs-Foods & Personal Care, Pharma, and Chemical sectors, Electronics/ Semiconductor Industries contributing to top organizations such as TATA, Unilever, ITC, INTAS, Pidilite Industries, and currently at TATA Semiconductor in role of Project Head – Semiconductor Greenfield Plant, leading the comprehensive program planning and execution strategy for one of India’s landmark semiconductor manufacturing projects. Establishing program management structures, review mechanisms, and project governance frameworks to drive timely and quality project delivery. Current Focus & Responsibilities: •Leading the entire project program planning — from concept to commissioning — ensuring alignment with business milestones and operational readiness targets. •Coordinating with design consultants, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to finalise plant layouts, utility requirements, and facility infrastructure in line with global semiconductor manufacturing standards. •Defining and finalising project packages across multiple disciplines including:@ Prior to TATA served INTAS Pharmaceutical for 4.5 Years Head of Engineering and Projects as Senior General Manager during this tenure overseeing 12 units ranging from API to Injectables and Tablets OSDs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards including USFDA/EMA/MHRA/ANVISA/Rest of South Asia & Africa.@ Prior to INTAS worked At ITC, I led the Central Operations Team (COT - Engineering & Projects), managing engineering operations across 9 factories under 3 vertical divisions including Foods, Personal Care, and Paper & Printing divisions. I oversaw operations of brands like Sunfeaat Biscuits, Bingoo Snacks, YiPPee Noodles, Fabelle Chocolate, Savlon Soap, Fiama, and Nimyle.@ Prior to ITC worked with Unilever, during this tenure I managed the manufacturing operations of top brands across various categories including Personal Care & Wash, Skin Care, Oral Care, and Colour Cosmetics, such as Lux, Lifebuoy, Dove, Fair & Lovely, Vim, Breeze, Pepsodent, Close up, Rin, and Surf Excel. I have a proven track record of delivering results, having successfully delivered 100+ projects and spearheaded initiatives such as "Project IEnEx" which resulted in significant cost savings / OEE improvements/ Loss Reduction / Vendor Harmonisation etc.
