About Arvind Benjamin

Born on 4th October, 1987 as Arvind Benjamin Lal, I started my journey in music from a primary school Function at the age of 9 years, where my performance brought accolades and appreciation from the audience and teachers alike. That appreciation instilled enough confidence in me to pursue music as my passion. During my journey, I was part of a few Television Reality Shows, like Mini Superstar, Close-up Antakshari and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Junior where I finished respectably. Apart from performing in various stage shows from time to time, I have been associated with National School of Drama for various stage shows. I also had the privilege to represent Delhi State as a delegate in a Foreign Mission to Mauritius and the Bal Shree Award organized by Bal Bhavan, New Delhi. I have also been representing my College in various college fests and remained Best Singer for 3 years straight. I feel honored to mention here that I have been a part of one of the most prestigious schools of music i.e, Gandharva Maha Vidhyalaya. As a student, that's where I was able to see and feel the depth and vastness of music. I never felt more abled but after joining Gandharva and learning from the maestros. So far the journey had been very exuberant and I wish that every coming day will be more bountiful as I proceed towards my destination. Before concluding, I would like to thank GOD, that he gifted me with something as beautiful as music and helped me all the way through to pursue my passion. I am grateful to my Bua ji, parents who never lost hope in me and always pushed me and remained by my side throughout. Last but not the least, I am grateful to the people, my teachers, my friends, all those who always poured their immense love and appreciation, it is their love and blessings that have been a constant source of strength for me.
