With over 27 years of experience, leveraging my sales and operational background and my experience in facilitating Learning and Development. My fortitude lies in addressing organizational learning through impactful skill/behavioral/sales training and facilitation. My core areas of engagement have been in- Leadership development - Executive Coaching - Sales & Distribution Management - Diversity and Inclusion - Competency Assessment and - Team building I have collaborated with various Private and Public sector organizations, primarily working with their Leadership teams from the BFSI / Big 4 consulting / Telecom / IT / ITES / Media and Logistics sectors.
