I am an accomplished engineer with over fifteen-years achievement record in lean manufacturing environments. My expertise is multilayered, and my professional focal points include product lifecycle management, design for manufacturing (DFM), process engineering, work cell design, R&D, project management, continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, as well as staff performance management, training, and strategic planning. Delivering superior execution and ensuring maximum returns on the latter areas of expertise requires effective communication and organizational skills, project management, stakeholder management, and resource allocation capabilities, as well as a thorough understanding of lean manufacturing practices.
