About Arvind Radhakrishna

Maybe it was too many John Grisham novels in high school but I had always pictured myself arguing cases in court, smoothly swaying the judge and jury to rule in favor of my client. So off to law school I went, spending 3 years digesting the complexity of legal theory to understand the law. Never did I think back then that I would one day use the skills gained as a law student to dive into the complexity of tech projects. I am a results-driven professional with a unique combination of technical and business acumen. Currently, I am a project manager at Personetics, a fintech startup that provides data-driven personalization and customer engagement solutions for the financial services industry. In this role, I work with banking clients to implement Personetics' software solutions onto financial institutions' mobile and web platforms. I do this by leading cross-functional teams to achieve the strategic goals of our clients. Over the past 4+ years I have led successful implementations for a number of Canadian and US banks, covering over 10 million customers. I am well-versed in building positive relationships with stakeholders in order to drive projects forward.
