When I received my first paycheck in March 2013, I wasn’t certain if consulting was the career path for me. Looking back, I’m glad I took that leap. Now in my ninth year in the profession, I have no regrets about the journey, which has been both fulfilling and transformative.I started as a Support Consultant, where I developed essential soft skills and competencies to enhance my productivity. In 2016, I transitioned into a Pre-Sales/Product Consultant role, managing end-to-end sales cycles—from nurturing leads to onboarding and implementing solutions at the customer’s end. With a proven track record of exceeding targets, I gained valuable expertise in CRM and SaaS solutions.In 2021, I achieved my short-term goal of becoming a Customer Success Specialist, where I explored this vertical in depth by driving client success, fostering satisfaction, and ensuring smooth product adoption and renewals. My journey in consulting came to a close in August 2022, but my passion for continuous growth did not.Believing in the importance of lifelong learning, I pursued an MBA at Loughborough University to strengthen my strategic and managerial expertise.
