About Arvind Ramakrishnan

The client's progress towards a better quality of life is the highest level of reinforcement that gets me out of bed and excited to work every day. What started as a stumble into the world of behavior analysis has exploded into a full grown passion for not only the science, but to making sure that my clients are receiving the highest quality of services provided to them. Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) has been a life changing event that continues to fuel my drive of both personal growth and professional development within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Alongside being a BCBA, I also have experience in managing a clinic with over 20 staff members, and as the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee where I had the responsibility of reviewing behavior intervention plans for ethical and effective treatment before approving them to be used for clients. When not providing services to clients, I am constantly looking for different ways to improve on the fluency of my current skill set, but also expanding and diversifying my professional scope to provide a more holistic treatment.
