I am a versatile and seasoned IT professional with over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialized in agile and waterfall project management, agile application development, and fintech products delivery. Currently, I work as an Assistant Vice President and Service Delivery Manager at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, a global leader in digital banking and insurance technology solutions. In my role, I manage the end-to-end delivery and roll-out of fintech products in the MEA region, enabling our potential banking clients to scale up and expand their operations. I have gained the expertise of setting up greenfield banks and introducing innovative features such as enhanced facial recognition for onboarding and Amwali app for Gen Z customers. I also liaise with the interface teams, requirements analysts, and scrum masters to ensure agile methodologies and processes are followed and improved. I have successfully delivered multiple projects in core banking, retail banking, mobile banking, and digital payments transformation, working with leading banks such as ADIB, Standard Chartered, and NatWest Group.
