I currently operate as a Delivery Manager leading end-to-end execution of Data Engineering, BI, and Cloud modernization programs across APAC, UK, and US regions. My core focus lies in aligning technical delivery with business priorities—driving successful outcomes through agile execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement. In addition to delivery management, I have taken on Solution Owner responsibilities, overseeing multi-workstream initiatives across AppDev, Power Platform, Azure Migrations, and Analytics. This includes managing team capacity, shaping roadmaps, and guiding distributed engineering teams to deliver on both functional and strategic objectives. I bring hands-on experience in managing Snowflake-based DWH implementations, Power BI reporting pipelines, and CI/CD-driven data delivery workflows. With a strong background in Agile/Scrum practices, I ensure timelines, risks, and dependencies are proactively managed while maintaining focus on quality and business value.
