I am a seasoned Design Lead and Strategist with over 13 years of experience transforming complex problems into intuitive, impactful experiences. My journey spans industries including fintech, e-commerce enterprise, health & electronics, where I focus on crafting user-centric solutions that drive measurable business results. With a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Design, I deeply believe that successful design is rooted in behavioural insights, co-creation, and iterative prototyping. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for creating connected and memorable user experiences across multiple touch points—be it enterprise platforms, financial apps, or emerging digital solutions. I believe that successful design is rooted in deep behavioural research, iterative prototyping, and co-creation with stakeholders, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and commercially viable. In recent years, I led design initiatives at Tata Digital, and currently, I specialise in fintech products—particularly in Payments, Insurance, and Investment domains. I leverage frameworks like behavioural nudges and innovative gamification to enhance user engagement and drive tangible results such as increased activation, improved retention rates, faster time-to-market and so on. My skill set spans Design Strategy, Behavioural Research, Experience Design, Service Design, Interaction & Information Design, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Team Leadership. I am passionate about fostering collaborative environments, mentoring designers, and pushing the boundaries of innovation with emerging tools—be it AI, new design frameworks, or scalable patterns.
