Background
About Arvind Sharma
That I am an ex defence services officer (taken premature / voluntary retirement), I yearn to learn. My all round exposure in the Armed Forces to most of the skills required to succeed in true sense, in all areas of life, is helping me to an extent, to lead a successful entrepreneurship. With the kind of skills that I have developed during my service career, I have been an instructor in one of the most premier institutions of the armed forces namely National Defence Academy located at Pune and instructor for JCO level personnel on Leadership and Management studies. I am also an awardee of Nao Sena Medal (NM) by The President of India on the occasion of Republic Day. I am a keen sports loving person. I have been awarded as Best Sportsman at the Academy and Sea Cadet Training Ship at the time of passing out. Played Team games namely Volleyball and Basketball at Command level. I believe in learning from those that have accomplished great things in life and then master those skills. My greatest satisfaction is when I actually guide and mentor others to do the same. I always look forward to meeting and exchanging values with Entrepreneurial Minded, Hungry to Succeed, Smart People. Though I had the entrepreneurial itch, I had many financial liabilities as well, which I didn't see overcoming through my current situation. Since I had always had the habit of going the extra mile, I made the most of my extra time to learn business owner mindset and skills through a mentorship program - along with putting in place financial structures that could last a lifetime! Though it depends on person to person to make their life choices, But it's equally important to develop yourself in parallel and not let complacency set in because that is, surely, a certain slow death. I am way forward in developing a loosely held group of like-minded individuals – and we work on projects which involve passing on the mentorship and coaching that we received. If you are someone with a core value of freedom – looking to spread your wings and discover/invent yourself beyond the confines of a job or self employment, maybe we should have a chat.
