A certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) with MBA in Operations Management having more than 30+ years of Technical, Governance and People Management experience in telecom, power and automobile sector. Currently, leading QMS, leased infrastructure domain in Network Operation Centre for achieving operational excellence. This includes helping field operation for Fault Management of Power & Utility segment, facility integration & deployment support using tools for inventory flow, configuration in Granite, Ordercare, DHCP-CPNR, HP Suits in 4G network. This involves enabling automation support through OSS team Utilities & OFC leased-in & leased-out assets management through NOC in terms of data analysis and interpretation faults trends, Short term & long Term Improvement plans, generate new ideas for network automation. Tasks in Quality Management Systems involves Process development, internal audits, external audit & compliance as per standard, workforce planning, team building, performance enhancement for value addition. Past experience in Power Plant involves Operation & maintenance of Power Plant to ensure smooth operations maintaining Steam and Power quality, quantity and delivery at optimum cost, ensuring plant safety and environmental compliance. Exposure to Boilers (HRSG, PF & CFBC), Steam turbine, Gas turbine, BFW pumps, DM water Plant, Cooling Towers, HT / LT Power, Transformer, Motors, UPS, Mark V, DCS and Mode 30 control systems, Coal Handling & Fuel handling System, Project management during execution phase of the project. Domain expert input for Software Development, Documentation, Carry out Inspection (FAT), Pre-commissioning, Final Commissioning support at site. Experience in Automobile sector involves ensuring daily production as per the plan, ensure zero hold up at the end of the line with timely resolution of the quality issues, fast & effective communication with the support department like stores, maintenance, Quality, instrumentation and other aggregates. Addressing Health, Fire, Safety and environmental aspects during production. Training and development of workforce members in line with the organisational requirement in body shop.
